Who is eligible to lend through Crowdestates Ltd?
You are eligible to lend, if you meet one of the below criteria:
- are certified or can self-certify as a sophisticated investor
- are certified as a high net worth investor
- can confirm that before any promotion has been made that, in relation to the investment promoted, you have received regulated investment advice or investment management services from an authorised person
- can certify that you will not invest more than 10% of your net investible portfolio in P2P agreements
